We remain open for our customers. This is how we assure that you, our employees and our partners stay safe during this challenging time.

Dear customers, health always comes first. While our AH Interiors online shop remains open, as normal, our number one priority is to keep our customers, employees and partners as safe as possible. We believe it’s our responsibility to do everything we can to reduce the transmission of COVID-19. Thank you for being a loyal customer and for your continued trust in our ability to serve you in those uncertain times.

Will the online shop remain open?

Yes, we are working very hard to make sure all our products are still available for you and can be delivered to you in the quickest and safest way possible.



Are delivery times and home delivery services affected?

AH Interiors and our partners will do their utmost to ensure timely delivery. However, we expect minor delays due to external factors e.g. stricter border controls or reduction in delivery partner capacities.


Our customer service teams will be available to answer any questions regarding delivery you might have.



What safety measures are in place for deliveries?

To help minimize points of close contact in our communities, we will no longer be requesting signatures for any deliveries to the door. This will eliminate the need for scanners and stylus pens to be passed back and forth during the delivery process of these items. Instead, if possible, our delivery agents will apply our safe drop process. This means they will leave these items at the curbside outside your door and ring. Same applies for pick-ups, goods should be placed at the curbside by the customer when drivers arrive.



How does AH Interiors make sure that employees stay safe?

We are encouraging all of our employees to work remotely from their homes whenever this is possible
We are asking our employees to cancel any non-urgent business and private travels
For employees unable to work from home, especially our warehouse staff, we are following all official safety instructions provided by local governments and the WHO. This includes all necessary sanitary regulations.
We are encouraging employees to diligently follow the prevention recommendations from health authorities, such as proper hand washing.
All AH Interiors drivers are equipped with hand sanitizers and protective gloves.
Drivers and customers should maintain at least 2 meter distance to each other



What’s the delivery situation if a customer is under quarantine?

You are always informed about the delivery date by the shipping company via SMS or a phone call. If you are under quarantine or infected with coronavirus on the day of delivery, it is your responsibility to inform the shipper. You will be able to defer delivery or agree with the courier to leave the goods in front of your door. Thank you for helping us to protect our employees' health.
